I have a soil-APP (partly underground), a building of 3 floors. The right trench in my yard is locked and with the rain we had the flood my garden. He came into my room, soaking the carpet under my big screen, sofa and table. I called my apt complex, and brought me a fan blowing on the carpet. I always ended up an exhaust, a bit like a vacuum cleaner wet / dry and absorb as much water as I could. Every time it rains I try to keep the water pure is, out, up to 3 clock in the morning, I missed 2 days of work and children have lost one days in the school. My apt complex has nothing to do to correct the problem. If this is the right to terminate my lease? No punishment? Does anyone know to apply the information on this situation, which can complex nature in order to solve the problem? Grately Any help would be appreciated.

Just so you know, I live in Indiana.

If you do not get to try again the Office. Enter your order to solve the problem and in writing, be sure to keep copies of everything. Read your lease to see such a violation by the landlord.
